Paula has over 30 years of experience in the fields of law enforcement, corporate security, and executive protection. Paula has a unique perspective on the human experience as she began her career as an emergency 911 operator, then moved through the law enforcement ranks, working within a Warrants Division, and eventually becoming a State Trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol.
She eventually moved up to the federal level and became an instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, where she trained agents from over 90 federal agencies in a wide variety of disciplines.

Upon her retirement from law enforcement, Paula provided executive protection to the owners and families of a global company.
Paula is a powerful and emotional speaker, having received the Public Speaking Award from the Florida Highway Patrol. She has provided training over the years to members of law enforcement, the United States military, churches, and corporations.
Paula brings her unique personal experiences with family tragedy and life altering injury to challenge audiences to rethink what is most important in life, and to understand the power of resiliency, commitment, and faith, to overcome impossible odds.
